Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Latte

Stir continuously. Add Sugar: Add sugar and mix until the mixture looks like a thick syrup. Heat the milk: Mix the milk and the vanilla extract. Heat gently over medium heat, being careful not to boil. Blend everything: work the mix of milk and spiced pumpkin with an immersion blender until you obtain a foamy and homogeneous mixture. Add the coffee: Make the espresso and divide it into two cups adding the frothed milk. top with the whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg. ADVICE Since this is a very sweet and spicy drink, we recommend using a coffee that is not too full-bodied: our American coffee or our sweet and aromatic blend.
