Stored at room temperature, Mokito coffee maintains its aroma and freshness even up to seven days after opening the package. Due to exposure to the air, after opening the package or tin, the coffee begins to undergo oxidation by the air and will therefore begin to lose its fragrance and aroma.

After opening the package, it is advisable to put the coffee beans or ground coffee in the fridge and in an airtight container after opening so as to preserve the aroma and taste of the product.

Preserved in this way, its aroma will last up to 3 weeks.

After opening the packs and stored at room temperature, the capsules maintain their excellent state of freshness thanks to the special packaging technology which protects the ground coffee from oxidation until it is extracted in the machine.

Inside its sachet, the pod is kept for a long time, even up to 18 months but as soon as it is opened it is important that it is consumed as soon as possible with the specific machine for extracting the pods so that the oxidation of the ground coffee present does not start inside the filter paper which would alter the flavor in the cup. It is therefore advisable to open the ESE pod immediately before use in order to better savor the aromas of the Mokito Blends.
