The competition, known as "THE LAGS BATTLE ITALY 2023" will see 12 skillful baristas compete, divided into the green, red, black, and gold categories, each representing an increasing level of mastery in creating art with milk. In this best-of-three competition, a panel of international judges will ensure an accurate evaluation of each pattern, strictly following the competition regulations. At the end of this engaging competition, the undisputed Italian champions of latte art will emerge, ready to write a new chapter in the history of this fascinating art form.
