Peru

Mokito's Fairtrade Organic Decaffeinated Ground Coffee from Peru is ideal for various home brewing methods, to best enhance its floral and citrus notes.

- Moka pot: fill the filter without pressing the coffee and use fresh water up to the valve.
- Espresso machine with portafilter: use about 7-9g of coffee to obtain a balanced and aromatic espresso.
- French Press: use about 60g of coffee per liter of water at 92-96 °C and let it steep for 4 minutes.
- Filter coffee (V60, Chemex or filter machine): use about 60g of coffee per liter of water for a clean and aromatic cup.

Storage: After opening, reseal the package carefully and store the coffee in a cool, dry place, away from light, heat, and humidity, to best preserve its aroma and freshness.
