To get the most out of Mokito Fairtrade Organic Decaffeinated Whole Bean Coffee Peru, grind the beans just before brewing: freshly ground coffee best preserves aromas and fragrances.

- Automatic machine: use a medium grind and adjust the grind setting according to the desired result. If extraction is too fast, choose a finer grind; if it's too slow, a coarser one.
- Espresso machine with grinder: grind approximately 7-9g of coffee for each espresso, adjusting the grind size to achieve a balanced extraction.
- Moka pot: choose a medium-fine grind, specific for moka pots, without pressing the coffee in the filter.
- French Press: use a coarse grind and steep for about 4 minutes.
- Filter coffee (V60, Chemex or filter machine): prefer a medium grind and use about 60g of coffee per liter of water.

Storage: store the beans in their original, tightly sealed package, in a cool, dry place, away from light, heat, and humidity. Grind only the amount needed at the time of preparation to best preserve freshness and aromatic profile.
