Ethiopia

Customize the grind of the beans based on your preferred brewing method. For espresso, prefer a fine and uniform grind; while for moka, opt for a coarser grind.

Consult your machine's instructions and carefully measure the coffee in relation to the amount of water used. For an espresso, a dose of about 7-9 grams of coffee per cup is generally recommended.

When making espresso, make sure to pack the ground coffee evenly into the portafilter, applying just the right amount of pressure. Incorrect tamping, whether too much or too little, can affect the final result.
